At Curvoria, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- For hygiene reasons, bodysuits, shapewear, and swimwear cannot be returned if the hygiene seal has been removed.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at primeconnect336@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you received a damaged or defective item, we will cover the return shipping cost and offer a full refund or replacement.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your item and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as final sale
- Shapewear or swimwear with removed hygiene seals
- Items returned after 30 days
